Before you decide
What happens after the 90 days?
We recommend a plan based on your real number of active properties, not a generic grid. There is never an automatic charge: you decide. Agency plans start at US$79 per month and include sale, rent and vacation rentals on one plan, up to 50 properties, with import and automatic sync. These plans are reserved for Verified Partners and appear in your dashboard from day one.
Why be on a platform alongside other agencies?
Your properties already compete on Google, on social media and in every search. On Area Vista they compete with your name, your badge and the buyer writing to you directly. Like a shopping mall: more stores bring more customers for all of them.
Do you have permission to show my properties?
Area Vista works on the same principle as a search engine: we index public information to help buyers find what exists on the market. Your content remains yours, with attribution and a direct link to your site. If you prefer not to appear, one click is enough.
What happens if I don’t join?
Your indexed properties remain visible on the portal with a link to your site. Only a sample, without the Verificado badge or the sync of your entire inventory.
Can I remove my properties completely?
Yes. Click “I prefer not to be referenced” on your personalized page, or write to us. We remove your properties immediately and never index your site again. No questions asked.
What does the sync connect to?
To the public property pages of your website, the same pages your clients see. We don’t connect to your CRM, your database or any internal system. If you use AlterEstate or a similar platform, we can also connect through their standard API, with your authorization. The API is not required: without it, we import straight from the public pages of your website.
What is the difference between a CRM (like AlterEstate) and Area Vista?
A CRM like AlterEstate is your internal tool: it is where you organize your properties, your clients and your follow-ups. Area Vista is a public showcase: it is where buyers search, on the portal, on Google and in AI assistants. Your CRM manages what you already have; Area Vista brings you new buyers. One does not replace the other: your properties stay managed in your CRM and appear on Area Vista with no extra work.
What if I already had a free period on Area Vista?
The free period is one per agency. If you already used it, you can activate a program plan directly from your personalized link, with all the program’s benefits.
