Returns

Since our services are entirely digital and access is granted immediately after purchase, returns are not accepted once the product or service has been delivered or activated.

Refunds

You may request a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered within the established timeframe (maximum 24 hours after payment).

  • A duplicate charge was made for the same service.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, providing your order details and a clear description of the issue. Each request will be evaluated individually, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Once a digital service is confirmed and delivered, cancellations are not accepted. Please make sure to review the service description carefully before completing your purchase.
