Dominican Postal Institute

The Dominican Postal Institute was created on November 15, 1985, by Law 307. It is an autonomous body that regulates the operation of the postal service in the national territory and is managed by a Board of Directors. The Dominican postal service is responsible for transporting letters, parcels, couriers, and other types of correspondence, including money transfers in the main international currencies. It also has direct connections with all international postal services outside the country. WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO OUR MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES MISSION To meet the postal service needs of the Dominican Republic, playing a cultural role in order to achieve the optimal transfer of postal communications with professionalism, total quality, and customer satisfaction as our main goal.
