At Costasur Casa de Campo®, we handle the planning, maintenance, and daily operations of the land and homes at Casa de Campo®, a real estate tourism project located in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Since the mid-1970s, we have been involved in the development of a thriving community that continues to expand on the southeast coast of the country, attracting owners and investors from all over the world who are interested in a lifestyle focused on luxury, relaxation, and sports. In addition to managing basic services, directing construction projects, and maintaining public infrastructure, Costasur also handles human resources and customer service, as well as establishing rules and policies to ensure that life at Casa de Campo® is prosperous and sustainable. We currently own and maintain approximately 7,000 acres (28 square kilometers) of residential and common recreational land, including golf courses, commercial infrastructure, roads, beaches, sports facilities, and undeveloped land.
