In 1999, the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic approved our application to operate as a full-service bank, chaired by our CEO, Mr. Fausto Arturo Pimentel Peña. On November 1, 1999, with the support of a dynamic group of entrepreneurs, our institution began operations under the new name "Banco Múltiple Santa Cruz, S. A.". In 2000, our main office moved into new, modern facilities at 49 27 de Febrero Avenue, on the corner of Sabana Larga, in Santiago, which welcomed our large team of professionals who are experts in both personal and corporate banking. Four years later, in 2004, we moved our headquarters to the city of Santo Domingo, on Ave. Lope de Vega in the Naco sector, thus maintaining two main offices: one in the northern part of the country and one in the metropolitan area. At the end of 2022, Banco Santa Cruz concluded with a 17% growth in its assets, a milestone that reflects the efforts of #NuestraGenteBSC and the trust of our 300,000 customers.
