The U.S. Consular Agency in Puerto Plata provides services for U.S. citizens, including emergency assistance, notary services, and acceptance of non-emergency U.S. passport applications for U.S. citizens residing in or visiting the northern Dominican Republic, including the cities of Santiago, Sosua, La Vega, Cabarete, and any other city on the north coast.
