The project is located on a 400.48 m2 lot within the Ocean Veu residential complex in Vista Cana.

The proposal calls for the construction of a 190.00 m² masonry home on this lot, with a

floor area ratio of 27.50%. The building is arranged over two levels

distributed as follows:

• First Level (Living Area): Consists of a double-height living room, dining room, kitchen,

guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and a covered terrace. Outside, the plan includes a
