Exclusive Apartments - Cap Cana

This project was conceived based on the symbiosis between curved and straight elements, arranged on the site in such a way as to take advantage of the views toward the lake located on the project’s south facade.

The design consists of two volumes unified by a connecting block that, with its imposing presence, welcomes visitors with a spacious double-height, majestic lobby, which opens onto a reflecting pool that connects to the project’s interior landscape and invites visitors to explore the common area, encouraging them to enjoy its amenities.
