This is a family project located in the arroyo hondo viejo sector, consisting of three apartment buildings. each building has two underground levels for parking, as well as social, recreational, and administrative areas on the first level, accessible from the sidewalk. the buildings are designed with a front setback on their upper floors, creating a sense of harmony with the environment and providing spacious terraces for the upper-level apartments. the project includes a central courtyard surrounded by vegetation, evoking the characteristic greenery of the arroyo hondo area. the social areas offer a variety of services including a hotel-style lobby, administrative offices, concierge area, home office spaces, equipped gym, indoor and outdoor children’s area, pool, multi-purpose event room, green areas, and outdoor terrace. additional features of the apartments include elevator, balcony, common security cameras, co-working, common gas, complete power plant, private terrace, natural granite countertop, and walk-in closet.
